All purchases of virtual goods and software that are delivered via software download are non-refundable once a registration code has been delivered. All of our software products are available in a demo form so that users can assess the software beforehand and thoroughly determine if it meets their needs before purchase.

All prices are in GBP sterling, include UK VAT and exclude delivery charges. Customers ordering from outside the United Kingdom and European Union will have UK VAT removed at checkout.

We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards.

If you have elected to pay by cheque goods will not be dispatched until payment has been received and cleared.

If you have ordered physical goods and your goods are not in stock we will order them for you, subject to availability.
